Bisher wurde der Urlaubsanspruch beim Eintritt in das Unternehmen anteilig berechnet. \u00c4nderungen des Urlaubsanspruchs zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt wirkten sich dabei sofort auf das gesamte Kalenderjahr aus \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig vom hinterlegten \u00c4nderungsdatum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Praxis gibt es jedoch weitere bew\u00e4hrte Vorgehensweisen f\u00fcr unterj\u00e4hrige Anpassungen des Urlaubsanspruchs. Diese orientieren sich an der bereits bekannten Logik beim Unternehmenseintritt: F\u00fcr jeden vollen Monat im Kalenderjahr erh\u00e4lt der Mitarbeiter jeweils 1\/12 des hinterlegten Urlaubsanspruchs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ab sofort steht diese Berechnungsmethode nun auch f\u00fcr unterj\u00e4hrige \u00c4nderungen des Urlaubsanspruchs zur Verf\u00fcgung. Daf\u00fcr wurde eine neue globale Einstellung im Bereich des Urlaubskontos erg\u00e4nzt.
