Trotzdem geh\u00f6ren Papierdokumente wie Lieferscheine, Quittungen oder \u00dcbergabeprotokolle im Arbeitsalltag oft noch dazu. Zur Nutzung wird die Android FleetApp ab Version <strong>4.3.7.8<\/strong> ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Fahrer kann anschlie\u00dfend direkt \u00fcber die App ein Dokument scannen, \u00e4hnlich wie beim Aufnehmen eines Fotos. Im Unterschied zu einem normalen Foto erkennt der Scanner jedoch automatisch die Dokumentenkanten, richtet die Aufnahme aus und schneidet st\u00f6rende Bereiche wie Tischplatten oder andere Gegenst\u00e4nde aus. Das Ergebnis ist ein sauber zugeschnittenes und leicht entzerrtes Dokument, das sich deutlich besser weiterverarbeiten l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das gescannte Dokument steht anschlie\u00dfend im Portal in allen Rechercheansichten als PDF zum Download bereit. Wird ein komplettes Formular als PDF exportiert, k\u00f6nnen die gescannten Dokumente ebenfalls mit ausgegeben werden. Voraussetzung hierf\u00fcr ist, dass beim Formulartyp der <strong>vollst\u00e4ndige Darstellungsmodus<\/strong> aktiviert wurde.
